All goods can be returned within Fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If you do so then you will be allowed refund in way of exchange of item. You must notify Capriole Equestrian prior to returning the goods. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are not damaged and returned in their original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is at the consumer’s expense.
Every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products. All items are offered in good faith and subject to availability. The information displayed is considered as an invitation, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering.
The price shown for goods includes GST at the current rate. Cost of postage and packing charges are included in the price of good, unless indicated separately. Customers outside Australia should contact us for more details on overseas transactions.
Typical delivery to within Australia will be dispatched with 24 hours of receipt of payment.
We offer a 14 days return policy on our products.
We at Capriole pride our selves for the quality of horse rugs we manufacture and guarantees the quality of all products sold. We will replace or refund any product deemed defected or having defective materials and/or workmanship. Return courier cost in such cases will be bourn by us after photographic evidence is provided via email.
We also understand that sometimes you may select the wrong size or item. In such a case we are happy to replace the item with another item as long as you agree to cover the extra courier cost and any value difference in the replacement item.
To be eligible for refund or replacement all items in question must be returned in their original packing and should be unused. Due to health reasons, any item found to be having residue of soil or animal hair will not be entertained. Items with normal wear and tear or being caught in fencing cannot replace or refund
A proof of purchase i.e. your order invoice will be required to process a return of goods or refund.
We will keep a record of your name and address to send you news and information on our products and any other related items that we think would be of interest. We will never pass on your details to any other organisation.
